Heaven on Earth, featuring Camerata di Magdalena
It is possible to catch glimpses of heaven here on earth, if we wake up to the beauty that exists all around us which we might otherwise fail to notice.
Celebrating the mystery and wonder of life, the Girl Choir of South Floridas premier ensembles Concert Choir & Chamber Singers present a program with works by Andrea Ramsey, Moira Smiley, Eric Whitacre, and Dmitri Kabalevsky.
Joining forces with the youth orchestra Camerata di Magdalena, we present baroque and modern works for treble voices and strings, including music by Alessandro Scarlatti, Claudio Monteverdi, Linda Tutas Haugen, and Ola Gjeilo.
Special note about tickets: All ticket proceeds go to support the Girl Choir's tuition scholarships. A separate free will offering will be collected during the concert to support the Holy Grill of St. Nicholas.
